1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The return/refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Used or partially used decoration items.
  • Delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics once dispatched on time.

3. Refund Process

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or missing item), we will arrange reverse pickup and cover the return shipping cost.
